Right. Right. This is it. Today is the day. Today is the day when I pull my finger out and STOP EATING CAKE and/or half tubs of crunchy peanut butter and start eating healthy and exercising. Probably.

In other news: I started twittering again. I think it's because I can't keep texting my friends with all the random things I think - they're going to get prettttty bored of me, if they aren't already. So: HELLO

Also: massively regretting wearing a maxidress to university - it is not at all good for walking fast. Gahhhh

Proper post to follow. Can't string words together. SO TIRED.

I am currently making antlers out of clay and a Parthenon out of cake. Nothing is as it seems. ROLL ON SATURDAY.

I love lists, I do. Lists lists lists. My life is full of lists at the minute - it's T -9 days until the day of my 21st party, and so each and every day is spent ticking off things on lists.

Today, for example, was spent baking giant chocolate brick cakes from the most enormous amount of cake mix I have ever made in my life [definitely ticked off the list] and watching The Great British Bake Off on iplayer [definitely not even anywhere near the list].

Oh, and doing what looked like a very late walk of shame through Edinburgh in men's wellies, a miniskirt and tights with a giant hole in them, which I managed to time wonderfully to coincide with the Pope's parade. Nothing like the judgement of a thousand Catholics to start the day off with a bang.

So, to get back onto proper-blog-track: music! Fun fun music.

Sam Means - Yeah Yeah
I think you can download that for free [shushhhh] from here

ARGH BESTIVAL.

So much fun but Jesus H. Christ what an absolute mission to get there. I mean, seriously, the Isle of Wight? Isle of Shite.

Okay, okay, that's a little extreme, but the queueing situation was insane. Seriously. If you're wanting to go to Bestival next year, the best advice I can give is to look long and hard at where it is on the map. It's pretty hard to get to. Not to mention expensive.

Buuuuuut I did manage to see some awesome people, like Lissie and Antlers, Darwin Deez and Mumford & Sons. And I learnt how to tap dance! And mambo! And all in glittery makeup, which almost makes up for not showering for 4 days. [You should have seen the looks we were getting on the tube. We reeked.]

And all this fancy dress was, of course, an excellent reason for me to pull out a load of ridiculous clothes: cue leather shorts, turbans, stag brooches [rip stag brooch], and WELLIES. Gotta love wellies.
